What do you mean by Software mixing? Using the mixer program that comes with
the Mediator drivers only uses a small amount of CPU time (just MUI doing
some maths to adjust the volumes and balances). The volumes of the
inputs/outputs are all controlled onboard the Soundblaster card as far as I
know.
There again, I aint entirely sure what you mean my Software Mixing! :-)
